The Asian-American Heritage Foundation has elected as its president Ani Agnihotri, managing partner of the U.S. India Business Research Center, which assists companies conduct business in the U.S. and India.

Mr. Agnihotri is also the president of IIIrd Millennium Technologies Inc., a software development company, and director of the Atlanta Indo-American Film Festival.

The foundation was created in 2003 to promote economic, education and health care within the Asian-American community in Georgia. It holds an annual fund-raising gala dinner in May, Asian/Pacific American Heritage month.

Mr. Agnihotri told GlobalAtlanta that he would concentrate on raising the awareness among the general public of the foundation’s work as well as continue its efforts to build an Asia center.
