The appointees will begin their new roles on May 1.
George Novak, honorary consul general in Georgia for the Czech Republic, will take over as president, replacing Solange Warner, the organization's founder.
"I am honored by the trust the WCC has in me and I hope to do well in continuing Solange Warner's exemplary work of developing the WCC from scratch to where it is now," Mr. Novak said in a news release.
Former United Nations Ambassador and Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young remains honorary chairman of the chamber's board, and former Georgia Department of Economic Development Commissioner Craig Lesser remains its chairman.
New officers include Tom McLain, corporate attorney at Chorey, Taylor and Feil PC, vice president; Caroline Taylor, Atlanta immigration attorney, secretary; and Dan Moss, Jr., senior vice president Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, treasurer.
