Crawford & Co. has agreed to take a majority stake in Lloyd Warwick International Ltd., a London consulting firm specializing in energy-related insurance claims. 

Announced March 7, the terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Executives for Atlanta-based Crawford, which manages claims for clients in more than 70 countries, said the deal would broaden its range of services and grow its energy capabilities.
