Crawford & Co. has agreed to take a majority stake in Lloyd Warwick International Ltd., a London consulting firm specializing in energy-related insurance claims. 

Announced March 7, the terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Executives for Atlanta-based Crawford, which manages claims for clients in more than 70 countries, said the deal would broaden its range of services and grow its energy capabilities.

President Obama announced his plans for an executive action on Nov. 20 to address the immigration process in the United States.
