Speaker:

Dr. Ruprecht von Uckermann is a German tax attorney who is also admitted to the New York state bar, based in Munich, Germany. He received an LL.M degree from New York University in International Taxation.

He advises on numerous worldwide transactions, including cross-border merger and acquisition projects, restructurings and repatriation planning, focusing on German taxation. He has written a book regarding German and United States Subpart F rules and authored several articles on German taxation.

Patrik Heidrich is a United States international CPA and tax advisor based in Munich, Germany, where he heads up the United States tax for Ernst & Young. He advises United States and German corporate and institutional clients on international tax law matters, focusing on United States taxation.
