Mr. Kelly was appointed to the post of Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland by US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, on September 11, 2009.  Mr. Kelly formerly served as Executive Vice President and Chief Integration Officer of 
FTI Consulting, one of the world’s leading international consulting companies.
