The Buckhead Club is located at 3344 Peachtree Road (Sovereign Building), in the block between Piedmont Road and Lenox Road and directly across the street from the Atlanta Financial Center. The Club is on the 26th floor with parking available off Tower Place Drive.

Mr. Green was appointed to serve on the Georgia Ports Authority board by Governor Sonny Perdue in July 2004 and elected chairman in June 2007. Green holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He is President and CEO of Stephen Green Properties, a Commercial Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation and serves on the board of directors of Georgia Power Company, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport Commission and the Savannah International Trade and Convention Authority, and is a trustee of the Savannah Vocational Technical College Foundation Board. 

The Georgia Ports Authority's mission is to develop, maintain and operate ocean and inland river ports within Georgia; foster international trade and new industry for state and local communities; promote Georgia's agricultural, industrial and natural resources; and maintain the natural quality of the environment.
