Dr. Iyer got his PhD in Human Resources and Change Management from BITS-Pilani in 1998.
Transactional Analysis is a tool to understand “why a person behaves the way he or she behaves” based on Eric Berne’s work that one’s behavior and social relationships reflect an interplay between parental (critical and nurturing), adult (rational), and child (natural, adapted, little professor and rebel) ‘ego’ states of personality.
In this program, one can expect:
1. Effective Communication through awareness of one’s own ‘ego’ states.
2. Enhanced Ability to manage one’s own as well as others’ behaviors
3. Resolution of conflict in the Organizational and Interpersonal spheres.
