Narsi Narasimhan was known as a true example of a "servant leader."

Nearly a month after his death, supporters and colleagues are making good on promises to keep Narsi Narasimhan’s legacy alive, as two more planned events will memorialize the networking guru in the coming weeks.

Ani Agnihotri, who helped plan a memorial service two days after Dr. Narasimhan’s April 29 death by heart attack, is putting together a June 2 dinner at the law firm of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP on behalf of Dr. Narasimhan’s family.

As announced at that service, the family is continuing to explore options for a memorial trust in his honor. Dr. Narasimhan was a champion of education and connectivity, helping many professionals advance their careers through networking.

The Indian Professionals Network, which he founded, is set to honor him at its next meeting May 26 at Ashiana restaurant at the Global Mall in Duluth, where members will also hear from Indian business leader Geera Ramakrishnan,  a founding director of the Galaxy Group. The India-based company supplies chemicals to cosmetics and personal care companies in 100-plus countries.

The AGG dinner is to be held at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $50. To register, contact Mr. Agnihotri at Ani.Agnihotri@gmail.com or: 404-394-6678, or reach out to Shira Krishna at shirakrishnan@gmail.com or 404-661-9098.
