Foreign students in Georgia and around the United States are eligible to apply for a one-time $2,500 scholarship from International Student Voice magazine.

Applicants should write an article in English about a past experience that influenced who they are today. The article should be submitted along with three to five personal photographs to Carrie Circosta at ccircosta@internationalstudentvoice.org.

Students who apply must also “like” the magazine on its Facebook page. The scholarship is open to any non-U.S. citizens holding a J1 or F1 visa and enrolled in an American university during the 2012-13 school year.

Articles should be submitted by Sept. 7.
