About the speaker:

Michael D’Arcy is Fine Gael TD for Wexford and in June 2017 was appointed Minister of State at the Department of Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform with special responsibility for Financial Services and Insurance.

Michael D’Arcy previously served as a Senator on the Administrative Panel from 2011 to 2016 where he was appointed Government Spokesperson on Finance in the Seanad and served on the Oireachtas Banking Enquiry.  He also served on the Oireachtas Committees on Finance and Agriculture, Food and the Marine
