Impact of the Pandemic on Arts & Culture

June 3, 2020 at 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm

Arts has always brought communities together until social distancing changed the rules.

Forced to shut their doors, museums across the U.S. are grappling with the uncertain future of the pandemic. With a budget largely supported by donations, memberships, and ticket sales, museums and arts centers have been hit hard economically even with relief of $200M from the CARES Act.

Join for a conversation with Doug Shipman, President & CEO of the Woodruff Arts Center, as he shares how the arts and culture industry will adapt and look like post-pandemic.

Perhaps there is a silver lining after all?

As a courtesy to the community, this program is OPEN TO ALL.
