AfCFTA: Meet the World’s Largest Free Trade Area

The African Union officially launched the “African Continental Free Trade Area” (AfCFTA) on January 1, 2021, and it stands to become the world’s largest continental free trade area connecting the African continent’s 55 countries – a combined GDP rivaling that of India.
Honorable Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, Member of Parliament of Ghana, will address how the AfCFTA can reduce barriers to trade and increase economic prospects for over 1.3 billion people on the African continent.
