Hafu screening and Q&A with Director Megumi Nishikura [GMF 2021]

Join the Georgia Tech School of Modern Languages for a LIVE virtual screening and discussion of the award-winning documentary film Hafu: The Mixed-Race Experience in Japan (2013)! The film explores multiculturalism in Japanese society through the experiences of mixed-race Japanese people. The screening will be followed by a round-table on multiculturalism and community sustainability withย director Megumi Nishikura, Dr. Aurora Tsaiย from the University of Tokyo, andย Dr. Tiffiny Hughes-Troutman, director of CARE at Georgia Tech.
