Tax Implications of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and the Employee Retention Credit

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 provides additional relief to address the continued impact of COVID-19 on the economy. It contains a number of tax provisions of potentially great significance to individuals, families, and businesses.
