Czech Beer Days

Halfway Crooks Beer will host a celebration of Czech beer and culture from Saturday, May 15 to Monday, May 31. The opening of the event on May 15th will be officiated by Mr. Zdenek Beranek, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Czech Embassy in Washington, DC. The brewery will have several Czech-style beers available as well as food specials for the event. The new outdoor Biergarten will also be open each weekend for the allotted dates. The featured beers will be Mavy, Var, Deset, and Vary.
Mavy is a Czech-style Dark Lager, Var is a Czech-style Pilsner, Deset is a Czech-style Table Lager, and Vary is a Czech-style Pilsner. Each beer will be available at various points during the 17-day Czech beer event and offered in classic, Hladinka pours.
