UPS Impact Summit: Moving the Needle on Equity & Economic Empowerment

Join UPS at the historic National Center for Civil and Human Rights for The UPS Foundation’s first-ever UPS Impact Summit! We will be exploring the rapidly changing intersection of ESG, equity, and economic empowerment. The goal is to enable stakeholders to think creatively about how we want to show up as leaders and partners in the communities in which we work and live within this ever-evolving space. Through dynamic discussions with some of the leading voices in equity both in Atlanta and around the world, the UPS Impact Summit will highlight the opportunity for stakeholders to move the needle on this critical topic.
Panel discussions include:
- Equity as a Core Strategy for Atlanta Business (In-person only) – Unique approaches and opportunities that Atlanta businesses have taken to define equity as a business strategy.
- Vaccine Equity & COVID-19 Response (Virtual only) – Humanitarian and logistics experts highlight how they’re working together to deliver critical medical supplies to developing nations.
- Supporting Economic Empowerment and Diverse Communities (Hybrid) – How UPS’s partnerships with diverse-owned SMBs change lives, create jobs and support the backbone of the economy: small businesses.
- Fireside Chat: Advancing the Black Community (Hybrid) – Partnerships and commitments can change the trajectory of future generations by creating jobs, increasing wealth and advancing the Black community.

Dr. Njoh is a medical doctor from Cameroon, specializing in epidemiology and control of infectious diseases. He has extensive experience in vaccination, provision of healthcare services in hard to reach and conflict settings, and healthcare management at subnational and national levels. He currently serves as Deputy Director for the Expanded Program on Immunization in Cameroon.
