2025 Dunwoody Virtual Great Decisions Lecture Series – American Foreign Policy at a Crossroads

The annual 2025 Dunwoody Great Decisions Foreign Policy Lecture Series will take place via Zoom every Thursday evening from February 6 – March 27, 2025 at 7:00 PM. There is a fee to register for the virtual lecture series, and registration is required to receive the event link.

Great Decisions, presented by the Foreign Policy Association (FPA), highlights the most thought-provoking foreign policy challenges facing Americans each year. Dr. Jeannine Grussendorf
Associate Chair of Political Science
Georgia State University
Jeannie Grussendorf is an Associate Chair and has been in the department since 2006. She has a Ph.D. in Peace Studies from Bradford University (UK) and teaches a variety of international relations courses (Global Issues, U.S. Foreign Policy, European Politics, International Relations, and Politics of Peace). Her current research interests evolve around the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, specifically focusing on critical thinking, emancipatory pedagogy and active learning. Prior to coming to GSU, Jeannie Grussendorf worked on a youth violence prevention project at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (2000-2004) and taught at East Carolina University (2004-2006).
The Georgia Council for International Vistiors (GCIV) implements professional international exchange programs on behalf of the U.S. Department of State and other federal agencies. GCIV’s mission is to foster professional, cultural and educational experiences that connect Georgia citizens and international leaders to cultivate positive global change.
