Ani Agnihotri, a former chairman and president of the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, and Vicki Flier, a local cross-cultural consultant, have formed Highroads India, a corporate training program to improve American and Indian business relations.

“We want to find solutions for Indian and U.S. companies so that they can work more effectively together as partners,” Ms. Flier told GlobalAtlanta.

Mr. Agnihotri is the Indian born president and CEO of IIIrd Millenium, a company providing technology solutions, business process outsourcing and professional staffing services for health care and information technology companies. He also is a certified cross-cultural trainer and has more than five years experience co-facilitating intercultural programs and acting as an India expert for several large corporations.

Mr. Agnihotri is the honorable advisor to the state government of Chattisgarh, India, and is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta.

Ms. Flier is the U.S. born founder and president of Highroad Presentations, which provides customized training programs in intercultural communication, multicultural team building and international business skills to corporations, aid organizations and educators.

She has supervised and conducted training for international customer support and distribution for Immucor Inc., a worldwide blood bank automation company with affiliates throughout Europe. She designed quality and compliance training programs for employees and managers and conducted needs assessments for Immucor Europe.

She also has designed and co-facilitated a training program for Immucor Germany’s conversion to U.S. based software and workflow.

Born in Worcester, Mass., she holds an honors degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is an active member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research and Georgia Writers Association.
