Atlanta-based Viscom International Inc., a provider of prepaid telephone cards and marketing services for the Hispanic community, has upgraded its customer service program.

Upgrades include the expansion of Viscom’s call center in Monterrey, Mexico, to seat up to 500 customer service representatives and an increase in the number of representatives dedicated exclusively to Viscom’s BEST prepaid card customers.

The company has also added an on-site account manager liaison with more than five years experience in customer service for prepaid products and has implemented quality control technology.
