Toronto-based retailer Hudson’s Bay Co. will use software from an Atlanta logistics company to improve distribution and transportation of its products.
Manhattan Associates Inc., a provider of supply chain software and solutions, will help the Canadian company improve productivity at its distribution centers through warehouse management software programs, according to a news release.
In July 2008, Hudson’s Bay Co. was bought by NRDC Equity Partners LLC, the parent company of the New York-based retailer Lord & Taylor.
As the Hudson’s Bay Co. integrates with Lord & Taylor, Manhattan Associates will provide solutions to help streamline the movement of products.
