Sphere Interactive, an Atlanta-based multi-media development firm, has reached a partnership agreement with the Brazilian consortium AGIIT, the premier multi-media software developer in Brazil.
Sphere Interactive and AGIIT will pursue business opportunities jointly and independently with AGIIT lending its cultural and language expertise to customers in Brazil and Sphere providing the same for customers in the U.S.
The partnership developed out of a ministerial/business mission to Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in April in which Albert Bodine, Sphere’s president, participated. After the mission, he was invited to return to attend a conference on partnerships and joint ventures sponsored by the Brazilian government.
Mr. Bodine entered into discussions with AGIIT during these visits and the partnership agreement was finalized in early October.
Sphere Interactive is a three-year-old firm that provides design, development, consulting and support expertise for corporate multi-media training. The firm plans to focus on telecommunications, automotive and banking industries in Brazil.
