THE ATLANTA-BASED SINO-U.S. COMMERCIAL GROUP IS LOOKING FOR LOCAL COMPANIES INTERESTED IN PROMOTING THEIR GOODS AND SERVICES TO CHINA’S POPULATION OF 350 MILLION CHILDREN UNDER AGE 16 AT A MAJOR EXHIBITION TO BE HELD IN BEIJING AUG. 9-28 DURING WHAT OFFICIALS HAVE NAMED AS “BEIJING INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN TOURIST MONTH.”
ACCORDING TO LIN LIANG, CHAIRMAN AND CEO OF THE GROUP, THE EVENT REPRESENTS AN IDEAL OPPORTUNITY FOR METRO ATLANTA COMPANIES TO DETERMINE THE CHILDREN’S MARKET IN CHINA FOR GOODS AND SERVICES. THE ORGANIZERS, INCLUDING 26 BEIJING GOVERNMENT ENTITIES, HAVE INVITED REPRESENTATIVES OF CHINESE STORES AND DISTRIBUTORS TO PARTICIPATE IN AN EFFORT TO ENHANCE RELATIONSHIPS AMONG MANUFACTURERS, BUYERS AND CONSUMERS. THEY ALSO WILL ARRANGE TRADE TALKS IN AN EFFORT TO DEVELOP NEW MARKETS FOR CHINESE GOODS.
