The 11th annual celebration of the Beaujolais Nouveau wines from France will be held at the Georgian Terrace in midtown Thursday, Nov. 20, from 6-9 p.m.
The Beaujolais Nouveau makes its traditional worldwide debut on the third Thursday of November when it is officially released according to stipulations of the Union Interprofessionnelle des Vins du Beaujolais (UIVB).
A live auction will highlight the celebration here with round-trip airfare to Paris for two, courtesy of Air France, along with a five-night Parisian hotel stay for two at either the Libertel Bellechasse or the Libertel Lafayette, courtesy of Jet Vacations.
A round-trip coach class airfare to Paris for two, with direct service from Atlanta, courtesy of Delta Air Lines, also will be auctioned off.
Beaujolais Nouveau is an annual event benefiting the French-American Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Chapter (FACC), a non-profit membership organization of the promotion of French-American business exchange.
