Cargolux Airlines International S.A., Europe’s largest cargo-only carrier began twice-weekly Atlanta and Luxembourg flights on March 29.
The new ‘Southern Connex Service’ takes commodities including general cargo, cars, spare parts and engines to and from Atlanta and Luxembourg.
Flights are routed via New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport before arriving in Atlanta on Thursdays and Sundays at 1:10 p.m.
Flights leave Atlanta for Luxembourg the same day at 3:10 p.m. They continue through Chicago before arriving in Luxembourg at 9 p.m.
