Representatives of Chinese Internet companies and government communications officials are to visit Atlanta June 1-7 seeking local technology partners and investors.
Lijian Lin, president of ChinaUSe-com and Sino-U.S. Commercial Group, is organizing their stay here and encourages interested Atlanta business representatives to contact him so that he can arrange meetings with the visitors.
The delegation is to include: Jinfeng Zhou, chairman of the Midwest Group, the second largest Internet Service Provider (ISP) in China; Bin Zhang, general manager of the Midwest Group, and Chenggang Lu, director of the legal department of the Rayes Group, China’s largest Internet-e-commerce development group.
Government officials participating in the delegation include Haitao Chai, deputy director of the information center of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC), and Gary Yao, a former trade representative of China in New York.
The delegation also is scheduled to visit New York and Washington, D.C.
