A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Ms. Ibarra has lived in five countries and has worked for VGH Intenrational and YER USA Inc.
She has also worked for the Atlanta offices of Enterprise Rhone-Alps International, or ERAI, along with the office of Ubifrance, the French government’s export promotion agency. She came to Atlanta from Miami for college, eventually earning a master’s degree in international business at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business.
