African Women in Leadership Diaspora Conference is an annual international conference of the African Women in Leadership Organisation, that gathers stakeholders in leadership from public and private sector for a discourse on African Women Leadership, and hosts women leaders for capacity building.

It is to bridge the gap of actualization of Female Leadership; and provide access to resources and international networks; for building a support system, mentorship, and opportunities.
