2023 Dunwoody Great Decisions Virtual Lecture Series – War Crimes

The annual 2023 Dunwoody Great Decisions Foreign Policy Lecture Series will take place via Zoom every Thursday evening from February 2 – March 23, 2023 at 7:30 PM. There is a fee to register for the virtual lecture series, and registration is required to receive the event link.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has resulted in widespread charges of war crimes and calls for justice. But what exactly are war crimes? Opinions of what constitutes a war crime have evolved, as have ways to identify and punish the perpetrators. How will the war crimes committed in Ukraine be dealt with?
