Afternoon Tea with Global Atlanta at the Atlanta History Center

September 27, 2022 at 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Recent articles on Gorbachev’s visits to Atlanta and the passing of Queen Elizabeth II of the U.K. have Global Atlanta in a mood to reflect on our city’s history.

Join the city’s only global business news publication at the Atlanta History Center Sept. 27 for an informal networking event themed around the history of Atlanta’s internationalization.

Meet us between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. for an afternoon tea at McElreath Hall, where we’ll be around to share our insights and collect your stories of pivotal moments in the city’s global story.

Then wander the grounds as our guest with access to all AHC exhibits free of charge. Wristbands will be provided at the Draper Room inside McElreath where the tea and desserts will be served.

We’ll have our Consular Conversations books on hand, and we’ll provide a recap of an earlier luncheon with the Atlanta Consular Corps. Managing Editor Trevor Williams will also be available to answer any questions on current-day trends.

The event is free for Consular Conversations Annual Pass holders and Global Atlanta Partners; $10 for others. Registration is required.

Buy an annual pass here or indicate your interest on the signup form to gain access. (We’ll send you instructions on how to purchase the pass).

This opportunity is made possible by Miller & Martin PLLC, the sponsor of our ongoing Consular Conversations of luncheons.
