Atlanta Jazz International Sounds Series: Emrah Kotan

Emrah Kotan kicks off Atlanta’s first ever showcase series featuring Top International Artists based in Georgia presented by America’s Songbird of the South Myrna Clayton and CedarTree Worldwide Production. Showcases, every fourth Friday, will lead up to Atlanta’s 2nd Annual International Jazz Day Jazz Jam, April 30, 2019, at Red Light Cafe.

Emrah Kotan (Drummer, Percussionist, Arranger, Composer, Educator), classically trained percussionist who came to the U.S. from his native Turkey and received a master’s degree in Jazz Studies at Georgia State Univ., is one of the most sought after musicians in the Atlanta music scene.
