Attracting Foreign Investment to Atlanta: Successes and Challenges

Claire Angelle, Director of International Affairs for the City of Atlanta, will discuss the many efforts and hard work to attract foreign investment to Atlanta.

Ms. Angelle was appointed director of the mayor’s Office of International Affairs in July of 2013. A native of France, Angelle came to city government after serving as press attaché for the consulate general of France in Atlanta. She also obtained extensive work experience in business development while working at the French Trade Office of Atlanta, the International Center of Lafayette (Louisiana), and Invest in France (Belgium office)
