Canada + NAFTA Modernization

Canadian Ambassador David MacNaughton will discuss U.S.-Canada trade with Dennis Lockhart – former CEO and President of the Atlanta FED. MacNaughton will also address the whole range of U.S.-Canada issues from trade and border issues to climate change and NATO. Representatives from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico will start renegotiating NAFTA as early as mid-August. Ambassador MacNaughton will outline Canada’s goals in modernizing NAFTA.

Networking reception starts at 6:30 PM and the conversation from 7 to 8:30 with a chance for Q&A towards the end.
