IEW 2015: Celebrating Korea Featuring – Dr. Tae Hong Park
In celebration of Korea, world-renowned musical technologist Tae Hong Park will perform six original pieces of electronic music, including The Machine Stops, which was composed using various DSP filtering techniques mainly realized in Csound where sine waves were chosen as the fundamental sound source.
Dr. Park is the author of โIntroduction to DSP: Computer Musically Speakingโ published in 2010. He previously taught at Georgia State University. He is the Associate Professor in Music Technology and Director of Composition program at New York University.
