Cooking Class Event – Istanbul Cultural Center in Partnership with Atlantic Institute

Join this event for a welcoming evening of dialogue and friendship! The Istanbul Cultural Center is hosting the next hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn how to prepare kıymalı börek (traditional Turkish-style pastry rolls with beef), and freshly made taziki. Enjoy light refreshments and side dishes when you take part in this warm gathering!

This gathering is more than just cooking, it’s an opportunity to share connection with neighbors, enjoy a cultural cuisine, and make meaningful conversations. The Atlantic Institute is delighted to partner in support of this program as part of its intercultural dialogue initiatives, while the full organization is led by the Istanbul Cultural Center.
