Doing Business in Africa

As African governments, investors, and entrepreneurs look to spur on a new generation of startups and growth across the continent, the Council brings a timely program on Doing Business in Africa, an evening briefing featuring Erastus Mongare, founder and executive Director of StartUpAfrica; and Chinesom Ajiasa, director of investments at Africa Integras and former manager director at Overseas Private Investment Corporation. The discussion will provide the audience with a more holistic understanding of the dynamic cultural and business environments of this culturally and economically diverse continent. Opening remarks will be delivered by Dr. Cedric Suzman, former vice president of programming for the World Affairs Council of Atlanta.
