Expat Expectations: Managing Global Teams in the Post-COVID Era

April 20, 2021 at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

As the world gets smaller, companies of all sizes share a key concern: Finding, attracting, and retaining the talent they need to compete in a global economy, regardless of where it resides.

With the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, this constantly shifting landscape became even more varied: Remote work instantly became the norm. Travel and immigration restrictions emerged. Borders obstructed frictionless global travel. Health care moved up the priority list.ย

It has never been easy to manage, but the post-COVID era will bring deeper questions about the future of work, potentially affecting multinationalsโ€™ HR strategies and changing what it means to hire, onboard and integrate global teams. What will expatriates now expect, and how will the process of cross-border relocation change?ย ย

On April 20, Global Atlanta will bring together a slate of expert speakers for a panel discussion helping your company address these challenges. Whether moving employees abroad or resettling them here in Atlanta, youโ€™ll learn to manage a global team in our global city with minimal interruptions or impacts to your bottom line.
