On Saturday, September 28th, 2024, the GALIFF Georgia Latino Film Fiesta will offer an unforgettable evening of music, dance, and celebration. Powered by the Georgia Latino Film Alliance, Shadowbox Studios, and Tito’s Vodka, this event promises a vibrant showcase of Latino culture and talent.
Highlights include performances by El Kartel Latin Band and Papo Kpuchino, as well as live music from 3-time Latin Grammy and American Grammy award winner Tonny Succar and GALIFF Rising Star Award winner and Grammy nominee Mimy Succar. This is a unique opportunity to see Mimy and Tonny Succar in an intimate setting before their rising fame makes such experiences rare.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the GALFA Youth Film Initiatives, which support the next generation of Latino filmmakers. Attendees will enjoy a night of salsa with a cause, while contributing to essential programs in Title 1 high schools.
This year’s Georgia Latino International Film Festival (GALIFF) celebrates the theme of Unity, honoring the rich cultural diversity that unites the Latino community. Through film and music, the festival will highlight stories and traditions that showcase the collective strength and spirit of Latino heritage.
