Join us virtually on Thursday, May 14, 2026 for the third GCIV Global Decisions virtual lecture, formerly known as Dunwoody Great Decisions.
Sports are more than just games; they’re also a powerful diplomatic tool. From athletes to government officials, sports have a way of benefiting everyone by achieving diplomatic goals, creating international relationships, engaging communities, and promoting peace.
GCIV is honored to host Travis J. Murphy as the next Global Decisions speaker.
Based in D.C., Travis is the founder and CEO of Jetr Global Sports + Entertainment, a first-of-its-kind consultancy at the nexus of sports, policy, and diplomacy. Prior to starting his own firm, he served as the Head of International Government Affairs at the National Basketball Association (NBA) and is also a former U.S. Department of State Foreign Service Officer.
