Katja Suentzenich is Associated Partner at MHP Germany within the Unit ‘Customer Experience (Future Retail)’, where she focuses on Business Development in the area of Management Consulting as well as on operational project execution. Her expertise is Program & Project Management and digitalization in the area of Marketing, Sales and Service. She has more than 15 years of consulting experience within the automotive-, supplier- and chemical industry incl. airline, energy and consumer goods companies.
Her major field of work are large IT, marketing-, sales- and service (OTC)-transformations focusing on overall program & project management (PMO incl. risk management), concept set-up, process optimization, training and Change Management. She has extensive knowledge alongside the entire value chain in the areas of strategy-and concept-development, business process-development and optimization (re-engineering) with special expertise in setting-up shared service centers. Currently she supports the strategic MHP-GDPR-lead in operational project management and leads a major GDPR-transformation initiative at a global commercial vehicle OEM.
