Hiring Solutions for a More Diverse & Inclusive Workforce

Learn how the International Rescue Committee (IRC), a non-profit based here
in Atlanta, has helped numerous businesses find cost-effective staffing solutions while
increasing diversity and inclusion at the same time.

The IRC helps refugees from all over the world, including medical staff, lawyers, and
teachers, who were forced to flee their homeland. The IRC has placed highly skilled
individuals at companies like Kuehne + Nagel, Sodexo, and Grady & Piedmont hospitals
providing dedicated employees and reducing turnover for their employers, while
enabling those who have overcome unspeakable tragedies to make use of their skills.
Our speakers will highlight the importance of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in the
workforce, share their experience working with the IRC, and explain how you can benefit
