This month, TECO in Atlanta is partnering with the CDC Foundation to host: “How Taiwan’s Digital Tech Defeated COVID,” a panel discussion on the innovations used by Taiwan allowed them to handle the pandemic swiftly. The aim of this panel is to uncover best practices for ending the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event will begin with opening remarks given by Director-General Elliot Wang from TECO and Governor Bill Lee from Tennessee. Their introduction will be followed by Digital Minister Audrey Tang, who will share knowledge on the technologies Taiwan used to respond quickly to the COVID-19 pandemic. She will then introduce the panelists, Dr. Carlos del Rio and Dr. Daniel Jernigan, who will discuss the event’s topic. At the conclusion of the evening, there will be a Q&A for all attendants to ask questions to the panelists.
