IACA Golden Jubilee Celebrations Kick Off

The India American Cultural Association is pleased to announce their IACA Golden Jubilee Celebrations (IGJC). The IACA has been serving The Indian American Community in and around Atlanta Since 1971 by preserving and connecting Indian and American cultures.
Their Inaugural Kick-off event will be held on January 26, 20201 at 6:00 PM virtually through a Zoom video conference. The Honorary Co-Chairs for the IACA Golden Jubilee Celebrations are Dr. Jag Sheth and Mr. Harsha V Agadi.

PadmaBhushan Dr. Jagdish Sheth has agreed to be a Honorary Chairman for the IACA Golden Jubilee Celebrations starting from December 12, 2020. Dr. Sheth has been a life member of IACA. Dr. Sheth is a thought leader in Marketing studies, a distinguished Academician, Member on multiple corporate boards and a great philanthropist. Through the Madhuri and Jagdish Sheth Foundation and the Sheth Family Foundation, Professor Sheth, his wife, and his family have given to over 50 community, academic, and healthcare organizations in Atlanta and around the world. Mr. Harsha V Agadi has agreed to be a Honorary Chairman for the IACA Golden Jubilee Celebrations starting from January 26, 2021. Harsha V. Agadi is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GHS Holdings, LLC. For over 33 years, Agadi has passionately served businesses in leadership positions, including the role of CEO, Chairman and board member for prominent global companies and franchisees such as American Express, Kraft General Foods, Pepsi, Crawford and Co, Belmond, Domino’s, Jimmy John’s, Little Caesars, Church’s Fried Chicken, Bijoux Terner and Krystal & Co. He has also led very successfully turnaround and restructuring efforts at Friendly’s, Quizno’s & Sbarro’s . His remarkable leadership of Crawford led him to being honored by Atlanta Business Chronicle as its 2017 Most Admired CEO. Most recently, Agadi received the 2019 B’nai B’rith International Distinguished Achievement Award, which recognizes the accomplishments of key community and business leaders from around the world.Harsha believes a person should be judged on what they give away permanently with nothing in return as opposed to what they have achieved.Born in Bangalore, India, Mr. Agadi is great grandson of the first Indian aviator, Mr. S.V. Setti. Harsha is married to Geetha and they have one son, Samir. In his spare time, he enjoys movies, travel and stamp collecting.
