Dr. Jagdish N. Seth

Emory University
Jagdish N. Sheth is Charles H. Kellstadt Professor of Business in the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is globally known for his scholarly contributions in consumer behavior, relationship marketing, competitive strategy, and geopolitical analysis. Professor Sheth has over 50 years of combined experience in teaching and research at the University of Southern California, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Columbia University, MIT, and Emory University.
Dr. Sheth is a recipient of the 2020 Padma Bhushan Award for literature and education, one of the highest civilian awards given by the Government of India. His Rule of Three book has been the foundation for investment bankers and policymakers with respect to industry consolidation including horizontal mergers and acquisitions. Professor Sheth has authored or co-authored more than three hundred papers and several books.
Professor Sheth and his wife, Madhu Sheth, have established the Sheth Family Foundation to support several charities in India and in the United States. They have also established the Madhuri and Jagdish Sheth Foundation to support scholars and scholarship in the field of marketing.

Vicki has brought training and consulting to companies like Fiserv, Procter & Gamble, IHG, UPS, The Home Depot, The Coca Cola Company, NASA, Martin Marietta, and many more. She is the author of the book Zen and the Art of Offshoring: How to Build a Collaborative and Profitable Team with Your Partners in India.
Vicki is a recipient of Kennesaw State University’s Instructor of the Year award for International Programs. She has taught global business skills as a part-time faculty member at Emory University, Kennesaw State and the University of Georgia. Vicki is a certified DISC practitioner and a certified Driving Forces Analyst. She is also a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a certified facilitator of the Cultural Detective methodology and a trained coach through CTI (Coaches Training Institute).

Malcolm Joy is a tax partner with deep expertise in transfer pricing and international tax. As the leader of Frazier & Deeter’s UK tax practice, Malcolm works with the firm’s corporate clients across all industries.
Malcolm’s clients range from fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses to major multinationals. His skills are especially helpful to companies doing business in the U.K. as well as the U.S. or other cross-border scenarios.
His deep technical expertise has made Malcolm a resource for leading news media such as BBC News and Bloomberg regarding tax matters. He has provided insights regarding BEPS, among other topics.
Malcolm joined Frazier & Deeter in 2019 after serving in a variety of leadership roles in the tax practice of BDO. In addition to leading the tax teams in Bristol and Reading Malcolm was the leader of BDO’s transfer pricing practice and their life sciences sector in the U.K.
He began his career with EY, where Malcolm served as a tax director.
