Investment Breakfast – Vietnam: The Northern Option

Much of Vietnam’s industrial growth has happened in its south. But the Lang Son province, which lies north of Hanoi along the country’s border with China, has committed to becoming a leader in infrastructure and industrial growth amid changing trade patterns in Asia.
Lang Son provincial Chairman Ho Tien Thieu and 11 top officials from the province, aided by economic counselor Van Le at the Vietnamese Embassy in Washington, will visit Atlanta Friday, Oct. 18, to tell this story and court U.S. investors in the following sectors:

- Manufacturing (new industrial zones)

- Water Tech
- Forestry (particularly machinery)
