J Street Atlanta’s: An Evening with Halie Soifer

Join J Street Atlanta for our annual benefit, featuring Halie Soifer, CEO of the Jewish Democratic Council of America.

The Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA) actively promotes policy consistent with socially progressive, pro-Israel, Jewish community values and has partnered with J Street to support numerous candidates over the years. J Street Atlanta is excited to facilitate a conversation about how we can promote US leadership in the Middle East, defend our democracy here at home, and promote the Jewish values that inform both organizations.

J Street will also be launching an annual honoree program for this event. The inaugural honoree will be Cedric Suzman, and he will be presented with the Tzedek v’Shalom (Justice and Peace) Award for taking on the role of J Street Atlanta co-chair with an incredible level of commitment and energy.  It was his vision which grew Atlanta into a full-fledged chapter with expanded attendance at the National Conference, a major annual event, and significant recognition in the Atlanta community.

The health and safety of guests is J Street’s number one priority. They hope to gather in person in October and will follow the guidance of the CDC and local health officials. All in-person guests will be required to be vaccinated.
