On August 9, breakdancing is making its athletic debut at the Paris Olympics!
Join on the eve of this occasion for the German documentary “Dancing Heartbeats”, in German with English subtitles.
Who says girls can’t break?! Frieda, Viola, and Jilou, are very successful athletes in the male-dominated sport of breakdancing. Follow the 3 friends along their path – difficult training, international competitions, challenges and decisions that shape their lives and the sport toward gender equality – and on August 9 watch Jilou at the Olympics!
