Koreaworld Cookbook Dinner

Chai Pani Decatur is ecstatic to welcome Deuki Hong & Matt Rodbard, authors of Koreaworld: A Cookbook, during their whirlwind cookbook tour! In this new volume, they show how modern Korean cuisine is nothing less than an international culinary revolution, from the ancient plant-based cooking of famed Buddhist monk-chefs to modern charred-greens rice rolls and pork-stuffed fried peppers.
The electrifying flavors of Seoul and Mumbai will collide in Atlanta for one night only!
In addition to Hong and Rodbard, this multi-course dinner will feature Meherwan Irani, Sahar Siddiqi, & Daniel Peach (of Chai Pani Decatur) and Jiyeon Lee & Cody Taylor (of Heirloom Market BBQ).
