Javier Gonzalez has been working with Corporate and Transactional Team at Drew Eckl and Farnham since 2018. Born and raised in Venezuela, Javier graduated as a lawyer back there in 2005. Later in 2012, he completed a Master in Business Law in Madrid, Spain, and in 2017 he completed a Master of Laws at the University of Georgia School of Law. Currently, he is about to complete his MBA at Georgia State University, focused on International Business. Throughout his 15 years of legal practice, Javier has substantial practical experience across Latin America, Europe, and the United States, helping companies enter new global markets, protect their foreign investments and navigate different legal systems, including drafting and negotiating cross-border transactions, global M&A deals, and international contracts.
