Myanmar Fundraiser: Raise Three Fingers at Three Taverns

The three finger salute is a symbol of resistance in Myanmar. After the country’s military took power in a brutal coup in February 2021, millions took to the streets in protest with the three finger salute held high.

To raise money and awareness about what’s happening in Myanmar, Atlanta local Tom Opdyke started doing a 5K every day shortly after the coup. Monday, February 28, 2022 will mark his 365th 5K for Myanmar.

Come mark the anniversary at Three Taverns Imaginarium at 6:30PM. Learn more about what’s happening in Myanmar and help raise money for Mutual Aid Myanmar. 10% of every beer sold that night will be donated to the cause when you mention Myanmar at the bar.
