Exclusive Exchanges: Networking Made Easy series continues on Wednesday, August 11 at 5:30 PM ET with Allison Padilla-Goodman, Vice President of the Southern Division, Anti-Defamation League and Council Board Member.

Allison will share her professional experience and insight with Young Leaders in a casual, candid, and interactive conversation. The World Affairs Council of Atlanta wants to make it easy to ask questions that might be difficult to ask without a personal introduction.

A little bit about Allison:

Allison joined ADL in 2014 as the Regional Director of ADL’s New Orleans office after many years in academia. Her academic work focused on racial identities and othering. Most recently, she was the Regional Director of ADL’s Atlanta office.

Prior to her work at ADL and in academia, Allison was a Senior Research Fellow in the premier Center for Service-Learning in Southeast Asia, worked in public education in New Orleans, and was a community organizer around public safety and culture. She received the Torch of Liberty Distinguished Service award by the ADL New Orleans Regional Board and has become an avid voice for fighting hate in the American South.

Allison earned a B.A. from Middlebury College, an M.A. in Latin American Studies from Tulane University, and a PhD in Sociology from the CUNY Graduate Center.
